No two conversions are the same and nothing inside a van is flat, so a drawing on its own is worth little here. Lead with the make, model and wheelbase, then say whether insulation and battens are already in, because that changes every internal dimension you are working to. Weight matters as much as size, so give your payload allowance. Templating usually needs the vehicle: expect a maker to want it for a day, or to ask for cardboard templates in the post.
