Two things decide the price here: scale and finish. Say both. A model handed over raw for you to paint is a very different job from one delivered display ready. Include reference images and the size you want the finished piece to be rather than the scale ratio, unless the ratio is the point. If the model is for a client presentation or an exhibition, put the date in the brief. Turnaround is usually one to four weeks depending on how much hand finishing is involved.
