Robotics briefs benefit from being framed as a problem rather than a parts list. Say what the machine needs to do, what it will be working with, and what you have already got, whether that is a CAD model, a motor you must design around, or only a sketch. Payload, reach, duty cycle and whether it runs continuously or occasionally all change the engineering. If this is a prototype you intend to iterate on, say so, because it changes how the maker builds it. Expect four to ten weeks.
