Start with the machine: make, model and, if you have it, the serial or parts-list number, because industrial kit is full of variants that look identical and are not. A worn original in hand beats any drawing, even a broken one, and it is usually the cheapest route to an exact copy. Say what the part does and what it runs against: that decides material and tolerance more than the dimensions do. If the machine is down, say so up front. Expect three to eight weeks, less for simple turned or laser-cut work.
