We’re a long‑established UK foundry with over 50 years of experience producing one‑off and low‑volume sand castings in aluminium, bronze, brass, aluminium bronze and cast iron. We specialise in recreating discontinued or hard‑to-find metal parts from vintage car components and steam engine fittings to architectural ironwork and industrial machinery. Our capabilities include full pattern making, hand moulding, 3D‑printed sand cores, fettling, machining and finishing. Whether it’s a broken gearbox casing, a heritage railing section, a bronze clockmaking blank or a bespoke prototype, we deliver durable, accurate castings built to specification. If you need a metal part that no longer exists we can remake it.
