Tracking your order and delivery

When your Maker has finished your item, they mark it as sent and add the courier tracking details. You will be notified, and can follow the delivery from the project page.

Once your item arrives and you are happy with it, the project completes. This is the point at which the Maker is paid, so if anything is not right, raise it before the project completes rather than after.
