Package it well
Protect the item properly for transit. Good packaging protects your work and your reviews.
Send by tracked courier
Use a tracked courier service. Delivery on Need It Made is tracked courier only, so there is proof it reached the Customer.
Add the tracking details
Mark the project as sent and enter the courier and tracking number so the Customer can follow it.
Delivery completes the project
Once the item is delivered and the Customer is happy, the project completes and your payment is released.
